globally setting x/ythickness of button?!

Hey folks, i have asked this before,but the forum got viped a while ago and um think my post was  gone.
I Got an answer, but i dont remember it now

hm the question is, i need to do something like

style "rezlooks-button" = "rezlooks-default"
{
  xthickness = 0
  ythickness = 0
} 

in every themes gtkrc file, if i dont want really large frames with nothing around my icons in my xfce-panel.

Someone, cant remember who, posted something i could add to my ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file i think, that made it so for every one of my themes.

Anyone got a clue,as one would do?!
