no copy and paste?

Please tell me I dont have to use gnome, but i love being able to copy and paste text from a web browser into a terminal (using Vi to code websites). I've tried eterm, xterm and the xfce terminal to no avail. Am I missing something?!!!!? Like in Fedora w/ Gnome, I am able to copy text and then with the right click button, it'll paste into the terminal window.

BTW ... I'm running XFCE 4.3 on FreeBSD 6.1

Re: no copy and paste?

I just tried Firefox and XFCE Terminal 0.2.5.4beta2.

Highlight the text in the browser and middle click to paste into the Terminal. Works like a dream.  cool

Merry Christmas!  smile
