Centered window
When I execute any program, this is placed on center screen. How can I change it?

I'm curious what you mean by "Change smart placement". All I see is a slider, and changing the position of the slider still makes all new apps/windows pop up in the center of the screen. This is causing me a bit of a headache as I've got the desktop stretched across two monitors.
Any help in getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
