Error on FreeBSD

Hi,

Im installing a fresh copy of FreeBSD on an old machine. I finished installing the OS without problems, I installed and tested Xorg without problems so I decided to add xfce desktop. Apparently was succesfully installed according to the instructions on FreeBSD Handbook http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO885 … 11-wm.html but when running the command startx I get an error message some of the end lines says: "/root/.xinitrc: /usr/local/bin/startxfce4: not found"

So what I did wrong? If anybody could help me please
