xfce menu bar disappeared

Hi, eveyrone,

I have a new Fedora Core 6 computer which was running xfce4.  This morning, I noticed that the xfce menu bar at the bottom of the screen and the tool bar which ran across the top of the screen were gone.  It's like they just vanished overnight.  I couldn't change workspaces.  Then I discovered the middle mouse button on the desktop.  I can change workspaces now, but I still don't have the xfce menu bar or the toolbar across the top.  How can I get these back?  Thanks,

make sure xfce4-panel is running (Atl+F2 - > xfce4-panel).
