open dir as root

Is anyone able to tell me if there is a command I can add in thunar to "open a dir as root"?

just for that instance, prompting for a pass.

Just curious.

Re: open dir as root

;D

OK, I stumbled on the answer by installing gksu ( which is not installed default on many non gnome based distros, like PCLinuxOS ) then just adding a command in Thunar to run "gksu thunar %N" and make visible on directories.  Does the trick just right.
