Adjust mouse sensitivity

I have a new mouse and it is way more sensitive than the one it replaced. I have the Acceleration bar all the way down in the Mouse Preferences control panel, but I cannot find a place to adjust the mouse speed by itself and turn it down!

Where do I do this? Right now I barely have to move the mouse two inches and it goes across the entire desktop. I am getting used to it but I would much rather just turn it down!

Thank you!
