Xfce Menu

I have a few questions using the newest Xfce which btw is sooo much faster then the KDE.

1. How can i remove files from under the menu.

Ex I have about 40 files under other that are related to the yast! that i cant not even use.

2. How can I have a shortcut place on the desktop from a file under the menu. Ive tried left and right clicking. Am i suppose to be holding a certain key?

3. Im running opensuse 10.3 and how can i get rpms and such to automatically open with the software manager.. under yast Under properties it says for it to open under the install software but it never does anything when i open it

Re: Xfce Menu

I'm actually kind of interested; is anyone working on converting the Xfce Menu to use the new Freedesktop.org Menu standard?
