I have made a short list, if you want your icon theme more compatible with Xfce:
Missing icons for the Xfce setting manager:
"xfwm4" Settings for the window manager
"wmtweaks" Advanced settings for the windows manager
"preferences-desktop-default-applications" Settings for the preferred applications
"xfcalendar" Settings for the desktop calendar
"xfce4-panel" Settings for the panel
"xfce4-backdrop" Settings for the desktop manager
"notification-settings" Settings the notification daemon
"xfce4-workspaces" Workspaces settingsIcon of some Xfce4 applications:
"xfce4-autostart-editor" Editor for the autostarted applications
"xfmedia" Multimedia player(audio and video)
"mousepad" Text editor
"ristretto" Picture viewer
"Terminal" Icon of the terminal emulator in th menu
"gnome-info" Icon for "About Xfce" in de menu.
"Thunar" File manager
"xfce4-taskmanager" Task managerIcons for some panel plugins:

The names in bold and in quotes are the names of some missing icons in your theme. I also added a few comments, to help you to find the appropriate icons.

Hey great list! I will symlink most of them next week. Weather applet though? I haven't even done that in GNOME. Guess I could do some cartoony weather at some point. Thanks again.
Edit: Will take a while for me to implement some of them. Still updating the specs of icons that exist but don't show, even in standard GNOME. Do the XFCE default icons look bland? Hope my theme doesn't look too out of place. Some will be done next week though as the icons are already there.
Made another update which improves support for Xfce. Let me know what you think.
