(Solved) Panel appearing over wine in fullscreen

Hi,

I'm having a problem that the panel is appearing on top of my wine sessions even if it is a fullscreen program even with compositing turned off.

Does anyone know a way around this?

Here's a screen shot of it in action. Is this a wider problem with full screen apps or just wine?

Well my very hacky fix for this is simply to put an icon for a script that kills 'xfce4-panel' on the panel and one on the desktop that starts 'xfce4-panel'.
