Change Tasklist Button height

Hi community,

hope, I post my question in the right forum. If not ... sorry.

But now to my question:
I've placed my panel on the left desktop side. My Problem is, that the tasklist buttons for the open programs are variable in there height. So with one open program the button take the whole space, with two open programs each button take the half and so on. I want, that every button has a fix height (lets say 30 pixel). Is there a way to do that?
I'm using Xubuntu 7.10 with Xfce 4.4.1.

I hope, it's clear, what my problem is. If not, I could attach some screenshots.

Maybe you have some suggestions for me. Thanks in advance.
