How to do a restart of the panel

Hey guys!

I'm running XFCE4 with Compiz. When I click on some area in the panel a menu shows up, where i can restart XFCE.
But I don't know how to access that menu by default (the "some area" is only accessible via a strange way).
Or it would be enough to know the command to restart the XFCE.

Can someone help me?
