need help with shutdown for non root user

i try a long time to configure sudoers and read a lot but nothing to do

i installed suse 11.0 with xfce

like many people i can t shutdown or restart when i m not root

i tried to add, with visudo, in sudoers the following line :

users ALL = NOPASSWD:/usr/lib/xfsm-shutdown-helper     (/usr/lib contain xfsm-shutdown-helper)

with my user (florente-cp), in the group user the line in /etc/group is :

users:x:1002:florente-cp

i tried too other things like
florente-cp ALL=(root) NOPASSWD:/usr/lib/xfsm-shutdown-helper

now i don t know what to do so i need your help

i tried too

Add a space between NOPASSWD: and /usr/lib/xfsm-shutdown-helper

I add this in my sudoers file:

%users ALL = NOPASSWD:/usr/libexec/xfsm-shutdown-helper
