Translation available?

There must be Dutch translations for 4.4.2 says the wiki. But I cannot find them in my installation as it came with Slackware 12.1.
Can I download (where?) and install (how?) them seperately?

I don't know about offline.  But for online, I use

Solved:
I changed the system locale to LANG=nl_NL.utf8 (in /etc/profile.d/lang.sh) and after reboot xfce talked Dutch
