xfce compiled from source code on my custom linux(not distro linux)

my xfce 4.4 ,why my file manager "thunar --help" show that thunar cannot support dameon mode.
And also when I enter "startx" into the XFCE, a dialog show that "my thunar cannot support trash service"
how to solved it?

I do not know, everything looks good, the only thing I can think  is install gconf2 (you need compile first libidl and orbi2) and compile again all components of xfce in this order:
