xfce4 crashing while startup

Hi.

Yesterday I installed xfce4 and it worked really good but today it is not starting anymore. I got this errors:

$ startxfce4

xscreensaver: 14:23:00: Errors at startup are usually authorization problems.
              But you're not logging in as root (good!) so something
              else must be wrong.  Did you read the manual and the FAQ?

If I try a different way with .xinitrc it starts as expected but without any session:

xfce-mcs-manager
xfwm4 --daemon
xfdesktop &
exec xfce4-panel

Anybody an idea?
