I was in Fluxbox recently. While there, I made a few customizations. I don't remember what those were. However, it broke both fluxbox and XFCE. All I get in either is a flat grey desktop and a cursor. There is no response to any mouseclicks or keyboard input. The only way out is to manually shut down the computer. I can reboot into Gnome or KDE, but I no longer have functional ise of fluxbox or Xfce4.
I am running Sidux, Orea. I am sorry for not being able to provide more detail. Any help would be appreciated.

~~SOLVED!!~~
I was able to replicate the problem mentioned above. I was using Fluxbox, and had set the window manager to XFwm. When I reset it to XFCE, the problem disappeared,
Is this a bug? Or is XFwm supposed to be a lifeless screen that doesn't seem to recognize input from either the mouse or keyboard?

All you did was start the stand alone window manager which by itself has no other function but to display x.
