Got problem with XFCE apperance

Hello all,
(sorry for my english)

I have a problem to use my XFCE correctly :

check this out, i can't do nothing, i just have this horrible backgroup and that's it ...

I have installed xfce4 packet.
If someone can help me out, it will be nice.
i'm running on debian etch.

Well what are you using the start the other session? startxfce4, xfce4-session or something else?

btw, its Xfce not XFCE
