General is good
Permissions is good
Launcher is unknown
What is this?
I don't have Icons for something Programs and can't adjust this
under Properties.
Is not avaliable to adjust Icons is for Programms?
Perhaps I make a Mistake or is this all unsupported?
I have copied from Appfinder und this Deskop Entry works.
But I have something Desktop Entry which are not founded in Appfinder,
and are not in
/usr/share/applications
Something as special Windows Programms with Wine and other,
which I have manually installed.

It should be as simple as dragging/copying from /usr/share/application to ~/Desktop. This is not working for you?

This works for usually Applications, which have desktop File.
But for other Applications which I wish to run, this is unusable.
I need mine App especially for Wine and other which I have manually installed.
Why Xfce don't use my ~/Desktop, which have worked in KDE?

I had the same issue. I installed Xfce 4.2 from a KDE OpenSUSE 11.1 computer. When I went to delete icons from the Desktop I was told that the directory didn't exist. I check the config and Settings Manager with no help. I then simply copied a program icon directly into the ~/Desktop folder and on next log in I had a fully functional Desktop.
