After using XFCE forever, updating to 4.6 has left me scratching my head, a few issues have shown up.
1) ALT+Shift+[arrow] no longer resize the window, they do nothing.
2) In Terminal, Alt+1-4 work to change tabs, but alt+5 and up do not.
3) Unless "Automatically give focus to newly created windows" in Window Manager is selected, every new window pops up behind others, alt+f2, for example will sit under the active window.
I can live with 3) (makes pidgin annoying as new tabs steal focus), but #1 and #2 need to change.
Ideas?

Yep, I can affirm this, but therefore with ALT + Shift + [arrow] you can change your virtual desktops.

Works fine here.

It seems a bit strange, but my Windows open in the foreground.

I do agree the changes in 4.6 are pretty odd on the whole, though.

I personally find the new solution for moving and resizing windows much easier. There are too many combinations of alt, ctrl, shift and the arrow keys already.

O.k, so this does work, *somewhat* I'm finding I need to click the left mouse to release the resizing window when I've got it the size I want. Strange.
