How to set tasklist maximum size

On Xfce 4.4 my panel using a fixed size in the middle of my screen, since I updated to 4.6, if I run 4 tasks, it fills the top of my screen, so I checked the task list properties, it seems to have a minimum size but no maximum! Is it missing from the GUI, anyway to set it again?

On another point I'd like to have to panel not auto-hide but still get access to my full screen, so, no margin even with the panel, you'll tell me that window will go above, but I want to simply set transparency to a big number like 95% and have it opaque when active, that's why I need it to be centered so it doesn't prevent me closing windows.

Re: How to set tasklist maximum size

Not to make an option is stupid, I had this bit of code changed already, and I was planning of adding the option in the tasklist option dialog soon, it was just a matter of time that I would submit a patch to their bug tracker.
