Tutorial needed for migrating xfce-4.6.1 settings...

Does anyone know of a good how-to for migrating the settings from xfce-4.6.1 and associated apps like thunar, moosepad etc. to another computer. I'm guessing the ~/.local and ~/.config folders, but not the ~/cache?

~/.local/ and ~/.config/ but there are also some Session settings in ~/.cache/ , just take a quick peak through ~/.cache/ and the obvious ones will stand out

Theres also a few other recent posts covering what to copy, try a search or check a few of the latest posts.
