Removing applications in the Open with ..

I emerged a small doubt .. roll Is there any way to eliminate the launchers that are added to the Open with ... in Xfce?  :?

The problem is that, when added when a file can not find the application with which to comply, and applications are added to the Open With option, then you can not delete?

Is there any way to do this?

Re: Removing applications in the Open with ..

I think that Thunar uses the MIME type information in the ".desktop" file provided by an application. For those you are added yourself, you will find them in "~/.local/share/applications". Look also in "defaults.list" and "mimeinfo.cache".

Check /usr/local/share/applications or /usr/share/applications or a similar directory (depending on your system).
