Partition managing in Thunar

Hi there,
I just chanced my kernel to not use the old PATA-only drivers for my PATA drives (it uses the more modern SATA driver right now) so all my hd* disks changed to sd*.
But now I have a strange issue:
I can only see the partitions on the PATA drives on my Desktop and in Thunar. The old partitions on the SATA drives aren't there (as before)
My Problem is that I have the root partitions 2 times now and the boot partition (which I don't want to show to users)
Here's a Screenshot from Thunar:

(I know it's in german but that shouln't be a problem)

So how can I say Thunar to not show this 2 partitions (like before the driver change)
And (this question isn't much important): Why does Thunar show this partitions now? Couse they were not there (as sd*) by installing xfce4?
