xfce4-time-out-plugin bug

Hello,

I have a bug with the time-out panel plugin. The "display remaining time" setting is misworking. I search the bugzilla bug database and found an old bug (that is closed for years now that seems very related to mine. So I posted there my problem and a patch that should solve the problem. I wish I can reopen the bug but I can't (or don't know how).

I've posted there a more complete descriptions and the patch I proposed.

As the bug is closed, maybe the maintainer will not be warned and the posts. I don't know.

Does anyone know whether I can reopen this bug, or if I should file a new one ?
Is anyone experiencing the same problem ?
