How to change XFCE4 start menu icon? :?
I use FreeBSD.
And if anyone would help me find a suitable freebsd icon for replace xfce icon, I will be very thankful.

I am not on Xfce right now so I cannot tell for sure, but you should be able to change the start menu icon by right-clicking it.
As for icons, the only local place I know of is the installed icon sets: /usr/local/share/icons. You can also check these out:

http://www.iconarchive.com/
http://www.freeiconsdownload.com/Free_Png_Icons.asp
Or you can always make your own. The GIMP and ImageMagick (both available as ports and packages) are great tools for manipulating images and photos.
