Edit Clic Right Menu

Hi

I installed fedora core 13 with xfce 4.6.2.
In 4.6.2 xfce version I change  menu with I edit the ~/.config/menus/xfce-applications.menu file and the menu application  change is ok.

But my problem is taht I don't know to change the top of the clic right menu ?
Where is the configuration file ?

For information When i modify the ~/.config/menus/xfce-applications.menu I can modify only the application sub menu
But I search how to to change top of the clic right menu ?

I try with menu.xml without succés !

i'm facing the same customization problem with the right-click context menu (with xubuntu 10.10, xfce 4.6.2)
