network monitor in zenwalk 6.4

hello,
i have xubuntu 10.04 with xfce 4.6.1 on a desktop, and zenwalk 6.4 with xfce 4.6.2 on a laptop.
in xubuntu, when the cursor is on the network monitor's icon, there is a tooltip showing the ip address, the average of up and download.
in zenwalk, no tooltip.  :?
are there parameters that zenwalk disable about the tooltip? if yes, where and how to activate it?
