No Support For Serial Mouse?

Hi All!

Just been trying XFCE from KDE4 which was so buggy.  My distro is PCLinuxOS having migrated from Windows recently.  Is there any support for a serial mouse?  I found I had to use "inputattach" to ttyS0 in the rc.local file for it to work fine in KDE but nothing happened in XFCE although using the same distro.

Any help appreciated, thanks! ^-^
