Create .run

Hello.
When he left Xfce version 4.6, following the steps in the wiki to create a graphical installer, I compile a. Run
At that time the files were Xfce SVN. Now that was passed around to Git, I tried to do the same. I did the following:

I ran the command in a terminal:

git clone http://git.xfce.org/xfce/installit --branch installer-single-file

This got me a certain amount of files. Then execute the command:

At this point, what I could do was download the source packages from this site:

wget http://mocha.xfce.org/archive/xfce/4.8p … e1.tar.bz2

Once downloaded I had to create a folder inside the folder called installit release, and unzip the file in xfce-4.8pre1.tar.bz2.

Then in the release folder and ran a make began to create. Run

What happens is that this no longer works. My question is, once the file downloader xfce-4.8pre1.tar.bz2 and unzip all the sources What I have to do to create. Run?

This can't work. The 4.6 installer is older than 4.8.
