[Solved] Can you remove the seconds from the Orage clock?

I see there are options to add date to the Orage display, but is it possible to remove the seconds? I thought it might be possible to add - something in the box for time, 'show line 1', but I don't really understand the form anyway.

Thanks.

While people with real lives nurse their Boxing Day hangovers I'll answer my own question.

You right-click the Orage clock > Properties > in the 'show line 1' box change %X to %I:%M

Re: [Solved] Can you remove the seconds from the Orage clock?

Thanks for returning the answer to my query months before I posted.

However, I want to get it to print 24hr instead of 12hr.  Is there a man page of sorts that gives me the format arguments?  I am now searching...

"this program uses strftime function to get time"

Don't know how to call that function in shell, but google search "man strftime" returns link with arguments to function

http://www.manpagez.com/man/3/strftime/

so to get 24hr time excluding seconds
  "Line 1" = %H:%M
