xfce-radio-plug-in > Questions about it do I ask here or in PCLinuxOS?

Running a tv@nywhere master card, and the OS loaded the xfce-radio-plug-in, but I need to set the options correctly to operate the radio part of my card.

Everything on the Card is working correctly, but I to open another program such as tvtime to turn off the radio, which is currently at max volume and off station or I get this loud burst of static every time I log in?

So, am I in the right forum to get the correct setting for xfce-radio-plug-in?

If any member could let me know I'd be grateful.
