Right click applications menu

Does anyone know where the right click applications menu xml is stored? I know how to edit these files so no need for a tutorial, but I edited my main menu and was expecting to see my right click applications menu change as well but nothing other than than the entries I deleted were gone. I intend on having my right click apps menu purely for application shortcuts (don't like desktop icons nor am I fan of the new trend of OS X docks). I just need the directory where its stored, thats all. Thanks : )
