panel tasklist - window urgent flag

Hi!

I have Xubuntu 10.10 and today i upgraded XFCE from 4.6 to 4.8 (via PPA koshi). I'm missing a useful feature - windows with urgent flag flashing in the panel tasklist on all workspaces. Now it flashes in the tasklist only on its workspace and only for a short period. It was useful e.g. for IM chat windows with new message or Firefox opening page when I'm on a different workspace. Any hidden configuration?

Already couple of bugs open for that and related issues.
