Differentiate which mouse button gives focus

Hi all,

I really like xfce, but one thing bothers me for a longer time now and I did not find any solution yet. Is there a way to make all mouse buttons *except* the scroll wheel give focus to windows? There is the option “Raise window on any mouse button” or something, but it also enables the scroll wheel to give focus, and I certainly do not like that. Without that option however, only the left mouse button gives focus to windows, and I certainly don't like that either. Any solution or should I report that as a bug?
