How add an application to an icon's right click menu?

When I insert a CD (empty or audio) in my drive then an icon appears on the desktop. Right clicking it doesn't show a clickable "eject"-entry because it's not mounted. But there is an "applications"-entry where I could add an eject-command if I only knew how.

My drive has no hardware eject-button so I have to enter "eject" in a terminal as a workaround or (if it's an audio cd or a data cd) mount it first.

Would the Thunar Custom Actions be of any help?

Thanks, I'll try it out. But an automatically appearing icon isn't a file or a folder:

Thunar allows users to add custom actions to the file and folder context menus (by the use of the thunar-uca plugin, part of the Thunar distribution, in the plugins/ subdirectory). You can setup new actions in the Custom Actions dialog, available via the Configure custom actions… item in the Edit menu.

I'll see.
