Changing the default directory for Terminal

If I click on the Terminal icon on the panel, it opens in my home directory, which is exactly what I want.  However, if I right-click on the desktop and select Open Terminal Here (which is sometimes more convenient) it opens in ~/Desktop.  Back when I ran Gnome, I was able to add an Open Terminal option to the right-click menu and get it to start in my home directory; is there any way to change the default directory for this option in XFCE 4.8?
