Finding files on desktop with one letter key press

I have a high resolution desktop with a lot of icons  (90 - 110 icons) so when I have to look for a file on the desktop  it is not immediate.

With Gnome when pressing a letter key the newest icon with name beginning with the key pressed letter get focus , pressing arrows switch to other icons/files on desktop beginning with the same letter.

Is this possible with Xfce ?

If yes what is the keys combination ?
