Hy,
I installed xfce4-weather-plugin a few days ago. A the beginning it worked well. But for one or two days the plugin have not worked as intended.
Indeed, the only thing wich is appear in the panel is an interrogation mark :
When I hover the icon i have a message : "weather data upload failed"
When I want to display details, all numbers are "99"
Can anyone help me please ? Thank you.

The weather data provider removed its free feed: http://mail.xfce.org/pipermail/goodies- … 03139.html
The plugin is thus broken and will need to be ported to a new provider.

To be fair it is not just XFCE, the same problem is happening on the Android widgets too.

Why not make the applet so that it can handle people using their own API key or login if they decide to pay for access?

I'm a new user (previously Gnome 2.32), and I just installed the weather plugin. On November 13, 2011 I still get no data.
