Expandable Tree?

Is it possible to display a windows-style expandable tree in thunar?

Did you mean lateral folder tree ? Ctrl + T shows it (or menu>view>lateral panel>tree view)

Not sure. I mean a sidebar which displays top level devices and drives, which can be expanded down to their sub- and sub-sub-directories in the sidebar, by clicking a little plus or arrow next to each.
