[Solved] gnome-terminal crashes on exit if run with exo-open

I'm using Xubuntu 11.10, but with gnome-terminal instead of xfce4-terminal since I cannot live with this

It works, anyway I have a minor issue:

I've set gnome-terminal to default in Preferred Applications,
if I launch it using "Terminal Emulator" link (meaning using exo-open) and I just close it in a couple of seconds, I get an error
"Failed to execute default Terminal Emulator. Input/output error"

This does not happen if:
- I wait some seconds to close
- I have already another gnome-terminal opened
- I execute gnome-terminal directly without exo-open
