Hi!
With all the Gnome3-Unity thing, I have changed to XFCE, I like it a lot, but I think it can (obvious) be improved.

Its a task manager with a nice look and features, theres someone trying to port it to xfce panel, if someone can help it will be awesome. More info on the port: http://www.gtkforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=55315
2. Cardapio (https://launchpad.net/cardapio) joins a semantic launcher with a classic menu, I think this is superior to the xfce panel menu applet. It will be great if it could be ported to xfce panel. I talk to the developer and he told me that he is out of time.

That plugins has been deprecated, within *buntus isnt even available to install, and I think that is the same for almost every main distro. If someone update that so it work again...
Right now it have many conflicts with gtk3 and produce errors, bugs and other nasty things.
