[Solved] xfce4 for help

Hello everybody, i'm a newer and thresholder for xfce4. i have some questions for help.
Sorry, my english is not good, so my description maybe is not right.

  1, My color of panel and menu is white, i feel it is ugly, so have any solutions to solve it ?   Could  be install a  panel  theme to solve it ?
  2, i want to adjust the menu and item, but i can not find a tool to do it?

1 : http://xfce-look.org/. You can also use Gnome (more precisely Gtk 2) theme. Eg : http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=127826

Xfce is NOT Xubuntu. Bugs in Xubuntu don't mean that Xfce is buggy ...

Thanks for your answer,  i install a gnome theme and this panel looks like my want. yes , it achieved my goal.
but zhe second problem is unsolved. because i install lxmed then run it, there occur unexpected error while i was running lxmed. finally, i  adjust menu via to edit the .desktop file , mybe this job is to much.
