how to add keybidding by using the terminal (what command ?)

hello, I'm using XFCE for one week now and I would like to make me a small program which would tile my windows.
As soon as I will have finish this program, I would like to give it to firends or any other people. Therefore I would like to make a code that would automatically create keybindings.
So what's the command for creating a new keybindding ?
Or what is the configuration file to edit ?
I can't find it ...

Thank you.

Most or all Xfce settings can be accessed with the xfconf-query command.
