Menu-->Settings-->Appearance. Select a style. You can download more themes from here:

http://xfce-look.org/index.php?xcontentmode=100  Copy them into your .theme folder in home.


If you're wanting to do it yourself, you'll have to make your own. There are lots of tutorials. One is here:

http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials/GtkThemes

Thanks, i installed some themes from the site xfce-look.org, it is work for my desktop and window style and panel .
but the color of menu background is unchanged.
Maybe i should make my own themes.
