Missing menubar

Hi

I have a problem with Kdevelop in Xubuntu 11.10. There is no menubar in freshly installed kdevelop from kde backport repository. However, other kde, non-kde applications have typical menubar.

Even when I remote connect to the xubuntu via an ubuntu machine, I can not see menu bar on top of Kdevelop windows. 

Is there any solution for this problem ?
