xfce4 workspace switcher cut in half with compiz

Hi! I'm having a kind of annoying problem with xfce4, on Debian squeeze, while running it with compiz. The image is pretty much self-explanatory:

Is it a bug? If not, is there a way to make it occupy the entire panel, instead of being cut in half?

Thanks!

Re: xfce4 workspace switcher cut in half with compiz

From reading other posts it seems like Compiz and Xfce don't mix.

I don't know what to tell you. I never liked Compiz in Ubuntu either.

I hope somebody else has more help to offer you.

Have you checked out workspace settings in both Compiz AND XFCE to ensure there is only one row? I'm on Debian testing and and it runs fine ...
