Langauge Support

Hi. Currently I am running many terminal based application.

The problem arises from the fact that I am seeing many of the diamond question marks in my applications.

Within the terminal emulator I am running applications in different languages.

For example the word Téléchargement in lynx browser appears like this.

T__l__chargement.

It seems this forum doesn't allow saving of the <?> character (it should be between these stars **)...anyways.

I am looking for all and any advice in this matter.

When I try to view pages of almost any foreign language including European (which the Terminal-based applications claim to support) I incounter the <?>  symbol throughout most of, or almost the entirety of the pages.

It's not a serious problem, I understand English, but I hope to resolve this.

You can install lynx browser and try it yourself.
