Show transfer rate when copying?

Hi.  Is there a way to display the transfer rate when copying files in the "File Operation Progress" dialog?

As a completely un-related question, is there a list of ALL the new features included in the "goodies" package, along with descriptions of what they do?  I can't seem to find something nicely organized and informative anywhere.

Exactly how these are packaged will depend on your distro. On a debian based system you can see what packages are included with:

# apt-get -s install xfce4-goodies
