xfce 4.8, Ambiance-XFCE - base text color (how to change?)

Hi

I have small problem. I dont know where can I change text color in window (GTK3 programs?) -- look on screen:

I edited a lot of values in /use/share/themes/Ambiance-Xfce/gtk{2, 3)/{gtkrc, gtk.css} but no result..

Transmission is GTK3 or 2?
If it's GTK2 then you need to edit its gtkrc. If it's GTK3 then besides the gtk.css file, I think the main colours are set in the settings.ini file.

Transmission is GTK+. Ubuntu Software Center - the same problem (GTK+?)

I know, i edit gtkrc and gtk.css - but no result.

this is my gtk.css => http://pastebin.com/4wEBR83R
and my gtkrc => http://pastebin.com/Exa60Hdi

settings.ini in gtk3.0 - no result tongue (i change all values..)

for example: gnome-tweak-tool ==> 7gHLP.png
